The Genesee School District strives to maintain a safe and secure environment for its students and staff.

This page will be utilized to provide pertinent safety information covering topics such as school closure, plans and policies, and internet safety.

School Closure Information

School closures or delays will be communicated as quickly as possible through several methods:

· A notice will be placed on the main district web page. (if power &network allow)

· Media outlets (TV, RADIO) will be notified.

· Email and telephone messages will be sent to staff and parents utilizing the notification system integrated
  into our new Student Information System. Phone calls will be routed using an automated system.
