This will be my 27th year working for Genesee School District. I started in 1996 as an ATC (Athletic Trainer Certified) and began teaching in 2000. I love this community and this school!!!

This fall I will teach Elementary Health, Elementary Physical Education, Elementary Computer Keyboarding, Junior High Study Strategies and Pre-school Physical Education. In the spring, I will add 7th grade PE in place of Elementary Health. 

I have been married for  30 years! My husband Chad and I live here in Genesee and have raised 3 children here (Justin, Dallan, and Mattie). We also have a chocolate lab dog named Millie and 5 chickens (I call them different names each day depending on how much trouble they are into). In my free time I enjoy reading, watercolor painting, gardening, camping, hiking, paddle boarding and Kayaking. Being outside in the sunshine makes me happy!

Besides teaching, I work as our school's Athletic Trainer. I attend a lot of sporting events and practices and make sure our student athletes are safe, healthy, and cared for. When they are injured I help diagnose, treat, refer, and rehab their injuries. I am Licensed the State Board of Medicine in Idaho to practice Athletic Training as well as Certified Nationally. I attended the University of Idaho for my training. Go Vandals!!!

Outside of school, I Volunteer as an EMT-I and Firefighter for Genesee. This is my passion. I absolutely love helping others!
