Hello! My name is Brooke Renton and I started my teaching career in 2016 with the Moscow School District, where I taught Kindergarten for 5 years. I started teaching at Genesee in 2022, teaching 4-6 Science and have been teaching 2^nd Grade since Fall 2023. I love being a teacher and love teaching 2^nd Grade! I have been living in Genesee since 2017 with my husband, Tyler. We have one daughter. I attended the University of Idaho where I earned my Bachelors in Early Childhood Development and Education with an emphasis in Special Education. I also earned my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Western Governors University. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, gardening, baking, and cooking food. I love the small-town farming community we live in and I am grateful to be teaching here!
