• Academics
• Seniors Economic Summit was held at school on Dec. 1^st
• Four weeks left in the semester
• December 17^th will be the final D/F grade report for the semester
• Maxine English was 3^rd place in the VFW Voice of Democracy competition.
• Stephen Yacoubian placed 2^nd in the Patriot’s Pen competition.
• Scripter is organizing a panel presentation for college experiences from Genesee graduates on January 5^th or 6^th.
• Finals will be January 18-20.
• Dual credit for Calculus 170, Government 101, US History, Math 137, Math PT103, Pre-calc and Trig 147, Psychology, Ag Ed 258 and English 175 will be addressed with students after break.

• Activities
  • Hand Chiming performed at Lindsey Creek on Dec. 11^th
  • K-12 Winter Concert on Dec. 16^th
  • BPA Regional Contest on January 7^th
  • 8^th grade Drama will present their play on Jan. 14
  • Blood Drive at the school has not yet been scheduled.
  • FFA CDE will be on January 21^st Meats, Job Interview, State Degree

• Athletics
• GB and BB are both in full swing, girls have 16 players, boys have 17
• JH Bball will begin around February 14^th

• Vision 21
  • The annual afternoon dodgeball tournament will take place in the afternoon on Friday, December 17.
  • Face to Face Fridays have been going well. This Friday will be a group check-in, followed by a Christmas “Breakout” activity.
