Mrs. Wareham

Hello! My name is Amy Wareham, and I’ve been teaching in Genesee since 2015. Before moving to the LC Valley, I taught elementary school in Southeast Idaho and have enjoyed working with students from preschool through fifth grades, as well as teaching college courses.

Genesee is an amazing community, and I feel so fortunate to be part of it! My husband teaches at LCSC, and we have five children, four of whom are proud Genesee graduates.

I’ve loved teaching first grade over the past several years, especially helping students grow in reading and writing. This year, I’m excited to begin a new role as the Title I teacher, supporting students in small groups to build strong reading and writing skills.

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy cooking, camping, traveling, and reading. I’m so grateful to work with such wonderful students and families here in Genesee!
